Support and Warranty


We grant on all our active Networking components a warranty of 5 years.

If our manuals and technical hotline could not help you, or your device is defect, please follow these 4 steps.:

  1. Please print out the RMA document-pdf (see below) and fill it out completely! Please try to give us a  detailed failure description. 
  2. Please include a copy of your invoice. Without this receipt we cannot process your compaint.
  3. Please also include all accessories like manual, power adapter, cable. 
  4. Please send the RMA device freight prepaid to our office in Ahrensburg c/o RMA departement. Shipments that arrived " unpaid"  will be rejected.

Warranty does not cover any product or material returned with physical damage, evident mishandling, evident misuse, unauthorized modification, missing parts or improper packaging. Then Longshine will provide the customer a cost estimate for the repair and the csutomer can decide if Longshine should proceed with the repair.
